These Terms govern your use of LLMVenture (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
LLMVenture provides generative-AI startup analytics, success modelling and related idea-evaluation tools. All analytics, model outputs and opportunity signals are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not financial, investment or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. By registering, you consent to receive service and marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Because paid plans unlock digital content immediately and a free tier lets you try the product first, payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription is active and Premium features have been accessed, except where a genuine technical fault prevented the Service from working. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; access continues until the end of the current period.
LLMVenture provides data-driven analysis, probabilistic models and benchmarks for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial or legal advice. Startup outcomes are uncertain; you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the analysis, and we are not liable for them.
Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMVenture is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
